Equality of opportunity, to the best ability that man could ever hope to achieve, sure. Equality of outcome with all groups, no.
Why, in your opinion, doesn't equality of opportunity lead to equality of outcome for us?

I think the better question to ask is - why would it? When you talk about groups with drastically different cultures, history, and etc, why would you ever expect to see evenness in outcome. Why, in your opinion, doesn't equality of opportunity lead to equality of outcome for us?

For example, I don't think anybody is gonna claim that Whites are discriminated against, on the coli at-least, yet, academically, Asian Americans outperform them by a gap that is wider than the White-and-Black gap. And it's all due to the fact that they have drastically different cultural values placed on Academic Achievement. The same logic can also explain Blacks as Basket Ball players. In general, Black Americans inherit cultural values that places more importance on Basket Ball than other groups, therefore a disparity occurs in racial representation of the sport.
We know the answer is No. So what are the opportunities/compromises that exist ?
We've marched, gone to court, died for it, built a country off our free labour. Yet we still aint got equal rights in this bytch.
Is the point not to give up the "good" never ending fight ? I mean damn.. what options exist
No please. Keep religion out of this completely. That book aint done nothing for us.Man I could write you a book on why the answer is in the Bible. Told from the beginning. While those without eyes wouldn't see it. Its the best solution. The problem arises when people get a distorted interpretation of it. Which is what white people gave us.
Yoooo who is that in your avatar ? I read that bookhow can you expect equality, when this nation was founded on the principles of rape, murder, and many countless atrocities?
I say we revisit the plan of Garvey, and get the fukk out of babylon
the great mansa musaYoooo who is that in your avatar ? I read that book
I didn't wanna assume. It looks like someone else from folk tales.the great mansa musa
Nope.
Trying to build a black utopia in a white country is a fool's errand to begin with. If people were really about that life, they would've followed Garvey's beliefs and repatriated back to Africa or other majority black countries. Two things will happen in America.
1. Blacks and whites will mix until we become one ethnic group.
2. There will continue to be racial tension between the two groups until a boiling point is reached, which won't be pretty for anyone.

The bible has nothing to do with religion? Ok gimme the 3 laws. I read it cover to cover when I was young but threw it in the bushes after my 20's which is roughly 10 years ago. This should be interesting. Then you don't have eyes to see brother. It hasn't don't anything, because people don't properly follow the correct interpretation of it. You must have not read it. I can give you three laws out of it right now, that will Greatly, change our people. Last but not least, the book has nothing to do with religion.
