I think they miss the playoffs because of Rodgers, frankly. Could be 100% wrong but...he looked done last year. People gonna say "but he didn't have a good offense" but...he was missing open guys. He was throwing bad INTs. Generally looking flustered. I think this is gonna end up being an ugly season where they win 7-9 games and miss the playoffs as he throws his teammates under the bus.

Given his age and wear/tear I think it does tho man. I think he's falling off a cliff. Could be 100% wrong and I'm def biased as a Lions fan. But he looked bad. Reminds me of how Brady looked cooked in that last season but everyone focused on blaming the OC. People don't want to just admit what they're seeing.

You may be right.

I just think he's not washed, has a talented team, and had a chip on his shoulder.

Rodgers mentioned time and again on McAfee’s show how he wished the Packers were clear with him about their expectations this offseason. He said that before his darkness retreat, they had told him they’d welcome him back next season with open arms—but when he finished his retreat, their tone had changed, and people whom he trusts had told him they were shopping him around the league.

I don't even blame GB for wanting to rip the bandaid off and move on, but Rodgers is absolutely gonna want to put up a big year and throw it in their face. His grudge will always go back to the Love pick.
I dont believe Rodgers one bit. If they were shopping him around the league(which is BS) more teams would of took better interest. At the end of the day, rodgers was done with GB and only wanted to play in NY(his words). It was a mutual parting when rodgers came back from his shroom cave shyt

Brece Hall or Dalvin Cook

They were a playoff team with Zack last season before Hall injury

I’m gonna say yeah. No less than one playoff win from them this postseason, too, wouldn’t be surprised if they go far. Rodgers isn’t washed and is good enough to lead that roster. Like are we really ignoring how bad their QB play was last year?

He won BACK TO BACK MVP'S before last year. He didn't "fall off" one season later. He didn't have the same offense he's had.

I don't want the Jets making the playoffs, but Rodgers will be top five in MVP voting. He's still elite. One sub par season doesn't disprove that.

He looked awful last year but I'm willing to go into this season believing he was just tired of GB and not into it. At minimum, I think he has a hot start like Favre did in NY.

Why would you believe Gute and Mark Murphy? They are terrible.. Problem #1 and #2 with why the Packers couldn't get a ring during the last seasons with Rodgers

Rodgers contract was the major holdup.. If teams knew he was gonna "gift" their organization with $35mil in cap space via a pay cut then nearly half the league would have went all in on going after him with better offers

Yes he will.

And then once again he well lost to Jimmy G, The Raiders and I’m gonna be celebrating with @Trojan 24 @Troublesome @2Quik4UHoes they will either be in the SB or one step away

Waiting on the winner of the Niner vs Saints game

:sas2: You keep on saying the Niners going to be all that, but in the end your putting the hex on your Squad.

Also adding on this. Rodgers has trust issues, that's why he vouched for Cobb and Lazard. However Cobb is old for a WR, and Lazard is at best a 3rd Option on a good team. What the Jets fans will discover at times is that Rodgers will pass up a open man for a big shot down the field, which prompts him to hold on to the ball for way too long.

He is still mobile but he isn't that fast along with the Jets Offensive Line being the weakness.

The AFC East isn't a walk in the park as the other 3 teams have a shot at beating the Jets.

And that's before any major injuries happen, and Rodgers has been banged up more often then not over the past couple of seasons. I just don't see any magic happening with Rodgers on the Jets.
