If “the jets had a kicker” they are a 9-8 or 10-7 ish team that gets blown off the field in either their first playoff game overall or the first time they face a real team like the Chiefs, Ravens, or Bills.

Congrats you are the 2023 Browns. I don’t see how that would be better if you’re a jets fan. It’s arguably worse because it would delude ownership and the GM To thinking the team is closer than it is.

I can't speak for every Jet fan, but I'm sure most older Jet fans (40 years old +) couldn't care less about Sauce's 1st 2 years after witnessing his woeful 3rd year because older Jet fans also saw Erik McMillan happen.
