i know cause no other team in the league can offer miami or orlando that "young talent" in a top 5 market

i actually dont think the deron for d wade deal is that bad

works for both franchises.

Not really, LeBron does not play off the ball much. LeBron is essentially a pg and so is Wade to an extent. I have no clue why people think the Heat need a pg. The Heat need a real offensive system. They also need a competent coach.

Durant has always shown that. Kid was here at Dyckman last summer and he lost a random ass game against Michael Beasley's team the night after he dropped 66 at the Rucker and that shyt ate at him. He was legitimately mad he lost a game that really didn't matter. He just doesn't wanna lose at anything. None of those guys in Miami even seem legitimately mad that they're at this point.

This. Whenever I see LeBron and company they look like they're trying to look like they don't give a shyt. There's a difference between that and actually being confident. I swear, LeBron is constantly focused on which camera is filming him, then he pretends he doesn't see it and starts biting his nails or something. These nikkas stay acting. I don't see the supreme focus you see from a Kobe or Durant, or the entire Spurs squad.

They don't even look like a team. It's like three dudes who dismiss the other dudes and act like they're nobodies. And when things go bad you can just tell LeBron/Wade/Bosh go in a corner away from the team to pout.

No amount of money buys heart, and LeBron has none. He can dominate the first three quarters all he wants, but when it's crunch time this nikka disappears and starts throwing no look passes

we gon act like Bosh ain't out there? And nobody gives Celtics credit

Bosh wasn't out there in the 4th, which is still bothering me. I give the celtics all the props in the world for playing good ball, we got out played, that's fact.

I think people are somehow forgetting that the success of this experiment has always been contingent on LeBron, Wade, and Bosh being healthy. Bosh not being healthy is no small deal. Unless there are grave doubts the Big 3 will be unable to be healthy at the same time, particularly during future playoffs, I don't see why people are clamoring for the team to be broken up. Especially after just two years when the first year produced a Finals appearance and the second an Eastern Conference Finals appearance (with the possibility of going to another Finals).

That is just outrageous on so many levels. Spolestra really needs to be fired :boss:

People not giving them a pass on Bosh being hurt because for the past 5 years certain people been claiming Lebron dragged a bunch of bums to 60+ win seasons and that once he had any sort of help he'd be unstoppable.....

Right now the Heat have two of the top five players in the world on the same team. Both of whom are praised for being elite defenders and virtually unstoppable offensively....They get no excuses.

Logically we KNOW it takes more than just two guys, but Lebron stans set a precedent with their defense of him.

I don't like Wilbon, and I just think he's just another loud talking head in a sea of them on ESPN, but for those of you making apologies for the Heat or making excuses for them, answer me this:

Knowing what we know about LeBron James led teams the last 6-7 years, what on earth makes you believe that the Heat will rise to the occasion in Game 6 and force a game 7? LeBron is 9 years into his career, and not once has he shown us any reason to think that he will not choke. On the other side, do any of you really think that the Celtics who are at home, and clearly on their last championship run would lose to THIS team? The Celtics are so close to getting to the finals, they aren't gonna let the Heat beat them.

And? They got a team with Bron and Wade on it and are on the verge of going ringless two seasons in

because teams with multiple stars have to win within 1 or 2 years before they get nuked.

At this point in their careers I don't think you can get Lebron or Wade to change and stop dominating the ball so much. So even if you get an real coach with an offensive system like Boston these guys aren't going to sacrifice their stats. Even last year when they struggled offensively and people said they should play off the ball more they made comments about not changing the way they play. I swear practically every other possession Lebron wastes like 10 seconds off the shot clock standing in one spot with the ball. It's like he's waiting for the defense to get set so he can make some kind of spectacular move on 3 guys. shyt drives me insane because if he makes an move immediately the defense won't have an chance to get set. And Wade laying on the floor begging for an foul instead of getting back on defense isn't because of coaching. Don't get me wrong Spo is an train wreck but mostly because these guys don't respect him so they do whatever the hell they want on the court.
