Indictment is really thin, but if they have more, they will unseal it when he is in US custody. This was a foregone conclusion, he was always going to answer for this, just a matter of time. Personally, give him 10 years and deport him, the guy isn't worth activism or defense.

The crime is conspiracy to hack a computer, belonging to the US Government, they have evidence or at least a narrative that he directed Manning to hack into DOD computers, that's the crime. It's laid forth in the indictment. It's lightweight with a 5 year max.
