I actually got good a review a month ago because I figured out a way to outsource about a dozen tasks to India and help my team go under budget. So, I am your enemy. I slash labor and I slash jobs because I want to look good to my superiors. How does that make you feel? How can you convince me that I should give a crap about incompetent and unproductive laborers?

How does it make me feel? It makes me feel sad for you. You're contributing to your own downfall. You're contributing to long term self-detriment for short term success.
