Why the fukk are the Dark Souls games so addicting?

First time beating a Souls game it was very addicting trying to overcome the stages even when I was getting my ass handed to me I kept retuning as I knew I could overcome the challenge if I just learned from the mistakes I made. I am 6 Trophies shy of the platinum. I may go through it 1 more time in new game plus now that I have the hang of it then proceed to finally finish Bloodbourne. Its been sitting in my hard drive for like 5 years.

Beat all the games and I'm tired of the franchise honesty. By the time you played your third souls game the shyt becomes a drag because you figure out that it's largely the same. Thankfully they made Sekiro instead of dark souls 4.


Essential souls games: DS1, DS3, Bloodborne.

I just finished demons souls and I didn't enjoy it for the most part. I was glad it was short though.
