There are so many holes in your theory, I'm not even sure where to begin. For example, for the people who died during the great famine in China.... how many died due to bad policy, vs how many died due to the floods and droughts that happened to coincide? I'm not removing all culpability from communism, or more specifically Mao's directives on farming, but as usual you only look at the piece of the picture that fits your narrative.
