you're right cause i haven't seen people doing that shyt in years and i'm mostly in brooklyn and manhattan but i remember back in the day on any busy thoroughfare dudes use to be out in force with that, downtown brooklyn fulton street mall area use to be crazy with it
That's because Brooklyn is under gentrification rules and that means enforcement against all petty offenses of the unwanted residents.

They don't care about enforcing "quality of life" laws in the BX. Let me tell you what else flys in the BX that's dead in BK. Loud parties, BBQs in front of buildings, drinking on the block and fireworks. You don't see that shyt in BK

Rochester dude told me he'd take the Peter Pan down to BX, get up w/ his peoples, scam all day, and then scam everybody on the way back.
People too broke in Rochester for that game and everybody's hip.
They less poor in the BX?:skip:

Seriously tho I never been to Rochester

I be upstate for school there's places in Buffalo and Rochester that look like legit slums with boarded up houses and empty lots, closed businesses and lawns that look like they've never been touched. You see lots of homeless folks too.

That's a fact :russ:, nikkas ride four wheelers on my block in the summer like nothing too.

I didn't know Brooklyn was like that, I went to a couple parties in Brooklyn this summer it wasn't too different that was in Bushwick though I'm sure shyt is different in the more heavily gentrified hoods.

The cops are all out in full force in Brooklyn now. Protecting zoey and harrison who just moved to ft. Greene from iowa from scary minorities.

They are the worst. Basically this shyt is colonialism. They forcing people to bend to their rules instead of adapting to the city's.
