The Versace shyt killed the Emmy's, The Americans was called the best thing on TV and Snowfall is great.
Veep has overstayed, should have ended like 2 or 3 years ago. I used to watch it and stopped. But I was talking about shows like Camping, Crashing, Ballers, Divorce, Mosaic, Togetherness and Vinyl, etc.

True Detective generated more discussion around here than any of those shows. Once again showing the strength of the HBO water cooler

While I do think GoT gets more talked about than any Netflix show yeah a lot of Netflix stuff gets talked about as well Black Mirror and Making of a Murderer especially.

I don’t like the binge format because I don’t trust myself to let an episode marinate. I found that binge watching leads to episodes blending into each other.

I feel bad for the artists cause they depend so much time creating and we binge watch in hours what took months to create.

Plus it’s not as fun for fans to discuss.

How the is this a problem if they got paid for their work? It takes months to create almost everything we consume for entertainment. Video games can take years but I don't see devs crying about how fast folks finish them in speed runs.
