Her point about divorce is very accurate. I was just talking to one of my old music teachers. I saw his house was for sale a while back, so I figured he either retired or got divorced. Turns out he got divorced and is now living in a rented room for the time being.

I think online there’s a delusion that women have greater access to men than reality, because in the real world women get humbled, so they’ll know if theyre attractive or not.

Talking to my little Gen Z sister and she simply said they don't date because:

"We don't like to be rejected and would stick with friends or be alone."

Convo left me with a heap of thankfulness for not being part of that generation. Though it sucks at times, that rejection builds confidence, resilience and "zilch fukk"-icity; knocking down timidness.

I've talked to a lot of younger people and that fear of rejection is definitely an excuse they use for not trying anything.... they would rather just sit on their hands then take that leap of faith. Failure is a part of being human but I guess if they see people posting wins all day they've got it in their head that people aren't taking losses out here.
