Dems need to rebrand themselves And win at local levels. Biden also needs to crack the whip and get the DoD, Homeland Security, FEMA, and CDC to work together for once.
Yes the Trump administration dropped the ball from intelligence all the way to NOT promoting testing (and publically telling people not to test) and not admitting the faults of the US system in letting covid19 go out of control.
Biden needed and still needs the get better coordination from all branches to keep the virus under control. There ways to get a better handle on the virus but Biden isn't using it.
