this question has been asked several times before but i always get the impression that dudes on here really don't want women posting here, which is why they don't.

^yep. and all the times comments and threads had to be removed because a woman would post something here and dudes would act like a bunch a douche canoes. one font had people playing all in her inbox because they didn't like what she fonted. very childish and pointless.

I think it be dead in here because (1) sub forums on SOHH/TheColi historically don't pop off because all the major activity jumps off in the main forums, (2) this particular sub forum was set up like y'all wanted this to be a place primarily for "women's issues", which keeps dudes out - and dudes create the most content.

I lurk in here and occasionally post something...but that only tends to happen when there is something interesting on the "latest thread" on the main forum page. I never just come in the forum and look around.

Two instances come up based on this post.

The first, a guy created a thread in the salon asking females for advice about his relationship situation. Someone made a thread about it in TLR and he got clowned really bad and the females were labeled useless because a man shouldn't ask a woman for advice.

Second, a female poster created a thread confessing how she was tempted to cheat on her s/o. A thread was made in TLR and she got ran off.

People are afraid of posting because they don't want to be targeted.
