not to dissimilar from fruit on a vineHmmm a fetus and the umbilical cord. Is that what the visual in the Matrix was supposed to represent? Plugged in to a bigger machine and accepting a reality or belief system that keeps us satisfied?
it grows, falls off, is eventually eaten, and leaves a seed behind to do it again. The matrix is a veneer for a bigger pattern at work. The theme of rebellion is shallow in comparison to what is actually transpiring
but in the egyptian thought of Ra and Apep (Creative speech, and the patterns that carry the speech) its a much different thought that is far more grandiose than the matrix. So creative speech is like a child that is nourished by the patterns that are entranced by the speech but are simultaneously at odds with it too. So the patterns become like a mother to the creative speech and carry it as long as it soothes its mother.
that said you need to delve into deeper concepts of Egypt like Nun to truly consider it.
@Marks @010101 a thought experiment...in this post. Which throne is the pharaoh sitting on? the one of gold or the one of gold? or the one of clay?
