If they are doing nothing, yes that is a problem. I don't agree with the notion that is happening often. Its actually an effective way for parents to help their kids. We give kids the boot once they are 18. Others let their kids come back home from college and save enough money to buy a house. Who do you think usually ends up on the top. Shaming young folks living with their parents isn't productive.

The biggest way for the labor class to buck that system is to remove themselves of it. It's no different than the Montgomery Bus Boycott. Don't like the way you're bring treated, then don't engage with the system mistreats you.
