Why don’t rich people put blinds or curtains in their windows?

Probably same reason they leave their doors unlocked.

They're not worried about crime in those areas.

Nah, really, It's probably also because they have big ass houses as well. There is only so many places the average person can go in their home so course we will have blinds, a person in a big house has other rooms they can chill in if they want privacy.

If I didn’t have jehovahs witnesses and random salesmen trying to push shyt then I would probably consider it.

It’s hot then a mfkr in Texas though so I would need new windows.

All neighborhoods can get robbed, you think you're flexing when you're just making it easier for criminals to case your home. Majority of people have blinds or shades, because the majority of us value privacy.:pachaha:

The majority of things that a thief would steal aren’t things you can see from a window. Blinds are for privacy not for security.

Only thing you can see from the windows on my ground floor are the kitchen, dining room, and living room. Unless the thief wants some plates or a lamp ain’t shyt he can see that he can easily steal.

When everyone has a garage and outdoor lighting a random thief can’t tell if someone is home or not from the window. You are far more likely to get robbed by someone you know, someone who actually knows when you aren’t home and what you have stored away. Blinds aren’t stopping that person.

Honestly the best damn security I got around here is these non-working cacs always outside walking around. Ain’t shyt getting past them nosey mufukkkas. :russ:

I HAD to put new blinds in all my windows. my front room faces the west, and in the summer, it gets hella toasty around 4pm each day with the sun coming thru 4 windows running the width of the crib.

I got white wooden blinds and them shyts are PHENOMENAL at reflecting all the sun (due to the color) if I have them pointed up.

Besides the privacy concern / open invite to case the place

I'm like...yall don't get hot with all that sun coming in in the summer?

Yall must have non-OLED TVs in the basement otherwise that glare is something serious :picard:
