Most people locked up during hard time have a rap sheet longer than DMZ

And then their is this. You hear so many stories about someone getting out after doing some crazy shyt and doing.....more crazy shyt. WE just had a story about this dude that was acquitted on murder charges after being arrested for killing four people including a 11 and 13 yr old. And year later he's arrested for the murder of two other people. I know that maybe an exception to the rule, but there are no easy answers.

That would obviously not be a privilege for males, but sadly they are more aggressive and prone to violence then females so they will obviously be more represented in prisions, that doesnt mean they shouldn't be rehabilitated using a more European model

If a Max sentence for robbing a bank only get u 5 years and u be out in 2, u'll have more and more bank robberies and if u white your out in 1 and half years..
