Having potential and actually doing something are two different things. Considering he has no classic albums, tapes or even songs,he gets talked bout alot for a nikka with those minimal credentials. He's pretty overrated if you ask me.
R.i.p. though

and why do Big L fans always use that freestyle with Jay Z to try and make some sort of point in terms of him being better than Jay? Jay sounds like he’s going off the top where as L is obviously spitting a pre written :comeon:

no one hates on Big L, they hate on his stans

My underground nikkas
Y’all can shine wit me, got my own label now so y’all can sign wit me,
y’all can take it from the bottom and grind wit me, that’s that’s fine wit me that’s how it was designed to be:wow:

I’m 18 but I got L in my top 5 of all time, wish he was still alive today
18 years old yet can still respect lyrucusm
The Enemy
He executed concepts. Ebonics.
He had classic storytelling records. Casualties of a Dice Game. The Heist

He had it all and there’s no limit to what might have been had he been on Roc-A-Fella getting all those Kanye/Just beats :mjcry:
L in the early 2000s over prime blaze and ye beats :wow: shyt would have been the first 6 mic album ever.

people are confusing his redundant flow (which happens to be the standard punchline flow) as him actually using punchlines every bar

I love L so that flow comment isn't a jab. his flow really was on repeat
Yet his flow blew my mind every time

Tired? If being objective you almost have to place those dudes in a Top 10 ever. L didn't do anything in his short career that warrants him being in talks with those dudes. Just being dope doesn't cut it.

Biggie put out 2 albums. That's not top 10 worthy. He gets dragged into the top 10 because of Pac. Nas been putting out weed plates for 15 years. That's not top material. Jay has a very average discography. Not top 10 calibre

I was just watching a Neil Degrasse Tyson interview and he says he doesn't have debates with people who aren't making sense for more than a couple minutes. I'm done wit ya. 1.
