Yes $20 is too high (imo) for rental if you're setting your price to outright buy at $25.
I think more fair pricing is 5-10 which would be 20%-40% of the cost of owning.
So to my original question. Is the price fair to someone who just wants to rent?

Literally just the thought of doing business with a non-black person is what most of these nikkas want. One of my homeboys started an e-commerce site and it's doing pretty well so far. He made it VERY clear he will not be showing his face as the owner or include his business link in his instagram because he KNOWS how blacks can't stand to see a nikka do well for himself.
