If you equate "getting out as much" to hanging around other forums then yes, I don't get out as much.
My definition of "getting out as much" would consist of OFFLINE interactions with other business minded people.
So, perhaps your circle is too small since you're referencing ONLINE forums v.s. REAL LIFE interactions
If you would like to talk about OFFLINE and FACE TO FACE human interactions, then I'm interested.
I bet you would find a lot of value "opening your circle" and interacting with business people offline and perhaps gain insightful new knowledge.
Have you heard of Meetup? Most cities have entrepreneurial groups you can attend for free. Try that out.
This does nothing to disprove my point that you don't know what you are talking about. I could have used different phrase, but you are still speaking on an issue that you know nothing about. We could talk about my word choice, but I already conceded that I could have chosen better, so let us talk about you.
You lack basic business sense when you fail to realize that there are three areas that people will pay a whole lot of money to get information on, and a code of conduct is not one of them. So your entire argument is stupid.
You show your colonized mind when you put whites on a pedestal as if they are somehow superior to the black people who don't want to pay $20 for a 24 hour rental. So perhaps you need to buy several copies of any materials this brother puts out to get off that white saint narrative.
Back to interactions....
I could relay my personal face to face conversations but that wasn't the point of my post. So not only are you speaking on something you know nothing about and displaying your colonized mind, but you are also showing that you have the reasoning skills of a 4 year old.
Since I am on a forum, and you are on a forum it would make sense that I would mention what people are talking about on other forums. That way if need be, I could actually link as opposed to "he said/she said one day awhile ago...."
You have nothing to teach me about anything entrepreneurial, especially since you think Meetup is a novel concept. I don't have time for low level events anymore but they are good for newbies like you. No disrespect to Meetup but that is what I did in 2005. It's 2015 and I've created better opportunities for myself.
