Why do villians always employ goons who can't fight or shoot for shyt?

This thread is from way back in June. June was a boon to goons. In my toons, I fight plenty of goons, usually under the light of the moon. My Bat-Pheremone-Spray will soon cause female goons to swoon.

Kei Pirate leader Hazanko saw a rookie Outlaw just on the come up and dude was like

Whole Outlaw Star team got stomped. Good thing the goon was tired of killing nikkas and decided to put the life of violence behind him. Faked his death so the heroes can continue to grind.
