Why do informed people buy Apple products over other high end phones/tablets?

when my ipod went bad a few years back, I thought theyd might be able to fix it. I went to the 'genius bar' and its like high school kids or idiot dropouts with little to no training who dont have a clue whats wrong with the fukking ipod. all they knew is the prices to 'replace' it with a new one.

it was actually an insult to my intelligence and waste of my fukking time. I later pried that shyt open and fixed it myself in 5 minutes following some guide on the net.

it died a year later but nonetheless...terrible fukking experience

I had dropped my phone in coffee(yeah I know ) it was the last day of my warrenty they gave me a refurbished free of charge

i'm picking up a surface pro next week.

Two different markets. Surface pro isn't nearly as portable as the iPad. Heavier, more expensive, wayy less battery life..etc

It took me a real long time to understand the design of Apple products,
because I was all they way a Windows fan back then.
The design of Apple products are bar none the greatest ever in their field of produce.
Plus the art field we are in,
it does not hurt to create beautiful art,
on a beautiful machine.
Plus i can boot into bootcamp,
If I want Windows.

Throughout years, other PC companies have been trying to steal Apple MacBook Pro designed and failed each time.

had my macbook for about 2 years. still fast. my last two vaios were slowing down considerably by year 2.

as for the phone/ipad, the integration into everything i do is the overwhelming factor for me. between those, my mac, apple tv, hue light system. easy
