The three people you mentioned in this post almost definitely have different people leveling different criticisms at them, although those on the left's criticism of Cuomo and De Blasio might have more overlap, because of the items I linked.

I think she talks too much but I like AOC. Espaillat is my Congressman and I'm fairly indifferent. I like H. Jeffries out in BK, I don't love him but he is cool. Like the Public Advocate Jumaane Williams.

I don't know the reasons, since he hasn't spoken about them recently, haven't heard anyone say anything credible and I don't know him personally. I believe that he at one point wanted but not anymore.

Maybe he'll give it a go when he's way past retirement age and has little to lose.

People swore he would run in 2020 and when he didn't I guess it reset expectations. I think he didn't because he wants to wait out the Progressive wave and hope it goes away. lol Not exactly ideal conditions for a guy like him.

At times he wants to do things his way instead of how it’s normally supposed to be done. He’s the reason why the MTA chairman resigned.

And in his tenure the MTA still hasn’t changed much, the subways in particular.

I have no clue how even in a global epidemic they still aren’t cleaning the subways but every other day Cuomo announces he is closing something else

Most diseases and viruses are spread from the subway especially corona and he ain’t even trying to address the subway during all this

Plus remember last year and him adding more MTA cops to harass people over fare evasion. The same fools running on the Cuomo for President bandwagon were the same ones complaining about what the NYPD was doing in the subways when Cuomo is the one that told them to do it
