It seemed after Miami everyone feared superstars would start teaming up more frequently. Not only have I not seen it after Miami(is Cleveland a super team) it's not even getting talked about anymore

They changed the rules to make it more difficult
Stacked teams could sustain themselves by signing midlevel exceptions players but the collective bargaining agreement made that more difficult. Hard to fit 3 max salaries and build a sustainable team.
Maybe the higher cap will allow it again?
