Why did spinning rims go out of style so quickly?

Just brought this up today and brought up the stand still rims too lol

its because walmart started selling the hubcaps that spun and it cheapened the whole era

People on clown spinning rims and 2000's hip hop fashion such as baggy Jean's but if some nonblack entertainer decided to wear that stuff and it became popular again some of you would call them a culture vulture. I'm surprised that baggy clothes haven't come back in style with the white tenny booper girls considering the biggest teen singer right Billie Eilish wears baggy clothes. And I dont get it twisted I dont listen to her music.The only reason I know even know who she is, is because I read a lot of entertainment and music magazines.

One thing I don't understand is why hip hop brands such as Phat Farm , Fubu and others went out of style. I get people associate those brands with baggy clothes but they could've still stayed in style. All people had to do is wear the clothes in their normal size and not baggy.

Floaters look better, all you do is put weights on the spinners and it turns them into floaters

But a lot of people are going 3 piece rims now
