Why did Kendrick play it safe with " We hate Po Po" line in Grammy performance?

It's definitely that. And I'm now convinced the majority of The Booth is white people pretending to be black. I haven't met or seen a single black person about anything speak negatively about the performance. But you got a 20+ page thread of fake outrage.

For the few black folks in this thread going along with this fukk shyt, you should be ashamed of yourself. If you're going to get on that dude about the omission of that lyric in the grand scope of the actual message, I better see all of y'all same nikkas demonizing and rejecting all the negative music detrimental to black people.

If you're not going to do that, shut the fukk up.
What was the fukking message????? Yall keep saying that. Bet anything youll dodge the question.

Turtle Island to DXB
Kendrick wants to be just pro-black and "conscious" enough but still wants to be safe enough and get the love from white media and do songs with taylor swift.

Blacker the berry is a perfect example its all fukk cacs for most of the song but he still throws in the "what about black on black crime?" at the end.

Wish I remove that lp from my cloud and get my money back. I did so out of blind support and it was a serious let down.

I wrote that with great clarity. In the spirit of Malcolm. All facts
Ok he's dodging. I'll ask again. What was the message? And who was the message aimed at? And did the intended target give a fukk? Take your time.

Or you can be a p*ssy and say cac/c00n/troll.

You KNOW why. Because he's young and black and living his dreams.

We'll call him a fake
Then listen to other rappers who sell a negative image
Then we'll cry about em when their music has a negative effect on the black community
Then we'll beg for rappers to make pro black music
Then when a rapper comes along and does that.. we'll call him fake

Rinse and repeat

@PhonZhi its looking like you were right breh :francis:

While what kendrick did is cowardly as hell I'm seeing some names in here who hated kendrick before this. If you didn't fukk with kendrick prior to this performance why are you invested in this? :heh:
nikkas gotta continue the corny agenda.

Same thing going on with Bron

Post makes no sense. If you're fake you deserved to be called fake.
His voice is of no more value than these other nikkas but he wants to pretend due to the lack of repay value in his songs. Hoping for extra props, which is working on some of you.

I'm disappointed that he censored the most potent lines.. I've seen him perform this song several times on national TV and he never censored those lines before..

What could have changed?
