Timing and WWE didn't have 2 rosters when X-Pac was around. Guys like Rey and Eddie were able to rise up partly because of the fact that the main eventers were split between the two shows and there were two belts so more people could rise up because those guys at the top needed people to work with.

Yes, why did X-Pac not get a world title over one of the most naturally charismatic wrestlers of his time, or the most influential luchador of his generation and quite arguably one of the most popular wrestlers of all time. :beli:

X-Pac was nice, but you brehs pick some weird-ass hills to stand on with these takes.

Xpac had what Chris Masters never had: personality. The crowd both loved and hated x pac, he also knew how to work a crowd. Masters had the look I'll give him that but you can't be champ when you've got the charisma of a block of wood.
