I owe no athlete the benefit of the doubt.

I played with teammates who cheated and got away with shyt.
Be naive all you want.
So where do you draw the line? Have ANY criterias that you need to be met to feel comfortable accusing someoe of something? And is it only for athletes? Or is anyone you suspect of something fair target for accusations?

Old as Merlene ottey?

Merlene ottey was younger than flo Jo and was still winning Olympic medals when flo Jo was dead.

But yes flo Jo she was doping just like Carl Lewis, Ben Johnson should still be champ

carl lewis was clean, c'mon, breh.

he was an all-around great athlete. remember how he dominated the long jump too?

it was ben johnson that actually got busted for steroids, breh... busted in the olympics and i think he said his water bottle was drugged or some shyt like that.

Tainted Legacy Steroid Cloud Hangs Over Flo-jo, Golden Age Of Women's Track & Field - New York Daily News

Basically none of the female records set during that time have even been close to being touched

Here are some of the records that were set during the 1980s . Although the record holders came under suspicion for steroids, their performances remain the benchmarks for women's track and field :

100m: Florence Griffith-Joyner, 10.49, July 16, 1988

200m: Florence Griffith-Joyner, 21.34, Sept. 29, 1988

400m: Marita Koch, 47.60, June 10, 1985

800m: Jarmila Kratochvílová,

1:53.28, July 26, 1983

100m hurdles: Yordanka Donkova, 12.21, Aug. 8, 1988

High jump: Stefka Kostadinova, 2.09m, Aug. 30, 1987

Long jump: Galina Chistyakova, 7.52m, June 11, 88

Shot put: Natalya Lisovskaya, 22.63m, June 7, 1987

Discus: Gabriele Reinsch, 76.80, July 9, 1988

Heptathlon: Jackie Joyner-Kersee, 7,291 pts., Sept. 24, 1988

Her body changed.

She wasn't anywhere near as diesel in 84' as she became in 88'...and along with it came the world records.

I can make drastic changes to my body in 4 years with a dedicated workout and diet. 4 years is a long time, and she was a professional athlete with access to top of the line dieting and workouts for that time period.

I have no problem calling a spade a spade, but so far all you have is circumstantial evidence and a bunch of people group thinking. If you are going to just come out and accuse her of cheating you should have more damning evidence to support your argument.

And how big of a change in performance are we talking here?

Dog...I'm not going to go back into the 80's and give a blow by blow account of everything. I saw her grow from 87' to 88'.....fukk four years. She didn't even medal in the 87' Track and Field world championships in the 100 meters and won silver in the 200.

And for mastermind:

The coroner had requested that Griffith-Joyner's body specifically be tested for steroids, but was informed that there was not enough urine in her bladder and that the test could not accurately be performed on other biological samples

Carl Lewis was my hero as a youngster but dude was on the juice.

About 6 of the 8 finalists in Seoul 88 got
busted at some point for juicing, Lewis being one of them. His explanation was deemed to be plausible though.

I was watching a doc just before the Olympics on Ben Johnson and that final and even now...Lewis is salty as fukk. Lewis got the gold and Johnson was confined to history as a drug cheat, but he still seemed have not let that thing go. IMO its because they were both on the juice but Johnson was the better runner from '87 onwards and that fukked with him.

Another tell tale sign lies braces. If you see any of these grown ass athletes with them on, something's up. Got dropped the jewel on this and was like :wtf:
