This thread isn’t it. Dollar Tree and Dollar General workers get shyt hours and shyt pay while the company expects 3 workers at the most to operate an entire store.

That looks like dollar tree. If you've ever worked retail in a store that size it doesn't take much for this to happen. They probably generally have two people working and at certain times of the day only one person works.

If just one person quits or calls in sick it's a snowball effect. If something else unexpected happens again or a good manager or supervisor quits you fukked unless you can get some extra help like people from other stores to come in and help for a week.
