Why are Chicago gangs more accepting of out of state bangers than LA gangs

Wtf...i don't think we are more accepting...aint bloods or crips in chicago....people moved away and develop they own sets like black p stone bloods etc etc....where i come from the sh1t was more generational....you from area that is this you gonna be this too....now its not about structure or living by lit or none of that..the latino gangs are more life long with that sh1t but soon you grow up and have to do adult things now so i don't know any oldheads still gang cheifing and calling shot...that sh1t is dead...when the cut the head off all the chaos begun...its just click of kids with guns...aint no money gangbanging...only people not from it idolize it....to me in was where i raised and my family were deep in it

Because Chicago gangs in the South are actually organized as fukk with strict laws. Sometimes more organized than their counterparts in Chicago! In Georgia you had fukking ex policemen doing hits for the Gangster Disciples. You gotta respect that. Meanwhile(I say this as a New Yorker and know this will piss them off) you had a rainbow haired Mexican fakkit wolfing as a Blood from NYC. Chicago gangs in the Midwest outside of Chicago are even more organized. And if I remember correctly the more organized gangs in Chicago(not those rowdy teens) like the Vice Lords have contacts with Vice Lords outside Chitown.

Bloods and Crips are just franchises like Mcdonalds. You can start your own Blood/Crip franchise anywhere.

GDs and VL''s didn't have a natonal media spotlight put on them the way B's and C''s did in the late 80s early 90s. They also didnt have a popular Hollywood movie that basically promoted them all over the country at the height of gang violence in LA.... followed by rappers beginning to "bang on wax" land they got louder with it through the 90's.

yeah the coverage on LA ADOS culture is part of the reasons why B and Cs became so mainstream.
