Yup. My GD nikkas in NY be having pictures and shyt with other Folks outta state. They all literally follow the same exact rules and structure.

Chicago 'gangs' (esp the larger orgs.) are really like mafias. Or at least they were at their peak. Only reason why theyre considered 'gangs' are bc they started out as such and they had kids and young adults within their ranks. A lot of these heads had ties with freemasons and religious cults too(like the el rukns for example).

La gangs OTOH are actual neighborhood street gangs that formed alliances so its nothing for some cats in bumblefuk Tennessee to claim 60s or hoover etc.

Not to mention crips and bloods have always had a heavy presence in the media. When people think of gangs they think of crips and bloods.

Outside of the latin kings, only recently have Chicago gangs become a topic of discussion in the media, which is ironic bc they've been around longer.

I've seen plenty of these Chi affiliates OT, because I never been to Chi, but I can tell you from Albany all the way thru the South, you probably have to be around cats to easily disprove this organized shyt. And alota these Chi-affiliated OT gangs be on they own shyt, breaking "law" or "gades" or whatever the lingo is...
