Black Canadians that I've met are cool enough... But I also noticed something was left... What does it mean to be Canadian? I think that was the issue... The descendants of Aframs have the highest percentage of black homeownership in this country....and there's no equivalent to PG County or Certain majority black and wealthy areas in california and LI. These are not just neighborhoods, they're counties and cities.

Jamaicans influenced the world long before k-pop was a thing. Their ska music helped birth punk and dancehall paralleled rap. Reggae took over the world. Talking about birthing subcultures. Jamaicans didn't influence AA dreads. You do realize that we are black people too right and have the same hair as y'all nikkas. We have our own history with our hair.

In past decades when an AA person had dreads they were viewed as a hotep or a neo soul type cat, not no damn weed smokin Rastafarian. Modern AA dreads come from rappers not no reggae. shyt come from Lil Wayne and Waka.
