Yeah, in the downtown area, due to the shelter being a few blocks away from the middle of downtown, there are a lot of homeless and drug addicts who hang around our Centro bus station, sleeping and lying on the sidewalks or standing around.

Some of them aren't addicts, tho, just seriously deranged/crazy, so you gotta be careful. Even looking at one of them, they might get in your face yelling and screaming, not looking to fight but just crazy, so you don't want them up on you like that.
