Sentry's entire push was going on with her memory gone...that's it. She came back and said No More Phoenix and mutantkind was restored. Sentry looks great against C listers..he never does anything to anyone legit..lol. he's a retcon project basically..

Sentry has done things & beaten people that Scarlet Witch never could. He ripped a hole in reality with his bare hands. He killed the Black Death with ease. That's the embodiment of an entire Universe that's eaten other universes. He killed an evil Eternity on steroids, easily. If you think Scarlet Witch is going to ever match any of that, good for you.

Or he could speed blitz her at light speed like he did Morgan La Fey and Thor as @parallax already pointed out. It's quite frankly unfair to pit her against him, he's broken.

Proteus can't maintain a host body because he burns right through them in no time flat. Legion/Jim Jaspers/Jamie Braddock are all easily more powerful than just about anyone you can name, but...not heroes. Too unstable.
