i'm not talking necessarily who the 'coolest' is, but characters that were the strongest/most useful to a party?

for me its citan uzuki from xenogears

there's no reason to not have him in your party ( and he's with you from the start of the game). using MMORPG terms, this nikka was literally the tank, DPS, and healer all in one he's literally the most useful rpg character ever.

They need to stop playing around and give us a FF8 remake.

That game played horribly was complicated as fukk. Pound for pound one of the worst FF games outside of 13 and it's shytty ass sequels.

she isn't much after you get Fang. Lightning doesn't really excel at anything. She's a crappy medic, a decent commando and a mediocre ravager. you'll probably have a better ravager and medic in your party anyway and since Fang is a sentinel and gets all that hp and the like from the role she's better to have around than Lightning. Fang and Vanille and Hope are probably the better party in the game. I'd rotate Hope and Sazh.

In XIII she was a decent character. Started out a bytch but softened by the end of the game. The problem is XIII-2 and Lightning Returns where whatever progress she made in XIII vanished. Her confrontation with Snow in Returns was pretty emotional though.

i didnt even play the spinoffs threw that ff13 in the trashh back to rapestop. didnt even make it past the first major boss shyt was so frustating, to much grinding, too many over powered enemies....

i didnt even have a good team dynamic... i just couldnt even get into it, story made no fukking sense either. shyt was just too complex and fukking idiocy... fighting the aions to master them... the who le'cie/ cie shyt.... uggghhh... game was trash...

Low Key Frog and Crono has some of the nicest team up attacks in the game. Slurp Cut and X Slash could carry you to the and game.
