Bron is not sabotaging the franchise...

When he (and AD to a lesser extent) are gone we're going to be much worse than we are currently...we're going to be back to how it was during Kobe's last few seasons and the seasons after he retired (pre-LeBron era).

We're not a team known for building through the draft and despite the Lakers being one of the greatest franchises in sports we're not exactly a hot destination for stars as once before. If Bron didn't come here in free agency and convince AD to play with him we'd probably be even worse than right now or somewhat the same in the standings.

What's unfortunate about Ham's is his resume. He's always won at the right time. Because he has that WCF birth in his first year and the IST championship on his mantle is why management can justify keeping him. Even though he's a terrible coach who isn't improving. Management can convince themselves that he'll do well when the stakes are higher.

He's like that student that fails every quiz, every assignment and then all of a sudden aces his finals.

Dr Buss was just as cheap as Jeanie is, all that "cheap" talk is trash when we're top 10 in payroll every single season, just built a new practice facility, etc. Every title y'all have witnessed the Lakers win was with a "cheap" owner whether u crybaby ass nikkas wanna admit it or not. Yall act like Dr Buss had a reputation as some free wheeling spender when it was the exact opposite.

Yall keep talking about Ham but not one person has mentioned what coach we're supposed to hire him to replace him thats so much better. Nevermind the fact he got hired into a BS situation in the first place.

The real issue is the man sabotaging our franchise, but a lot of you LWO nikkas scared of these LeGBT nikkas so yall try to be neutral and act like everything else is the problem.

But nah nvm, if we had just signed Alex Caruso for a 40M tax hit and hired a new coach we'd be the best team in the league rn im sure :mjlol: If we had Steve Ballmer as owner im sure the Russ trade would've never happened too right :dead:

Tell me why I walked into a Whole Foods yesterday and overheard two homos at the Salad Bar discussing the Lakers and one says "Nothing is changing till we get rid of Bron" and the other one responded "Yasss". I'd rather talk ball with them if we being honest :hubie:

nikka please. We've had seasons WITH Bron that was worse than the rebuilding period. In 2021-2022 we had 33 wins whereas the year before Bron (2017-2018) we had 35 wins.

We had 43 wins last year, 42 wins in 2020-2021 (shortened season but win percentage still under .600) and 37 wins in Brons first year here. We're on pace for 40 wins this seasons. Bron has been here for six seasons and in only ONE of those seasons have we been +10 in wins from the season before he arrived. Yet during our rebuilding period we had consecutive seasons with +10 win differential.

Yall act like were out here playing WAYYYYY better with Bron. In 5 of the 6 season Bron has been here he has barely been around a +5 in wins from the season before he came. We've barley improved other than things falling our way in 2020.

We were better off continuing the rebuild and getting AD + another star in FA. We would've still won a title and we'd be contenders.

yall talk about cheap owners okay let's say we had the richest owner in sports, Steve Ballmer.

The man has RW on his team right this second, so what makes you think he wouldn't have been down with Bron/AD wanting to trade for RW?

We have Steve as our owner, we still get RW and it still fails cuz Bron fails to properly mesh with him.

Yall really act like having a different owner or coach would drastically change the situation we're in.....FOH......Ballmer would probably be sucking off Bron harder than Jeanie is. You see how he been coddling kawhi and PG

Im not the biggest Jeanie fan neither but yall crazy acting like the biggest issue isnt the franchise being held hostage by Klutch Inc.

being in position to get Bron was a unique position for us but it ran its course. We need a #1 star who's younger and in his prime. None of these new guys are as polarizing and powerful as Bron too so going forward you dont gotta worry about all this "other" shyt.
