I know a lot of you Kobe stans (I love Kobe too so it's not a diss) love Pelinka because of him being Kobe's protege in some ways but the reality is that in totality he's been a dismal (if not terrible) GM that dates back years before Bron and AD became Lakers.
Need a new GM to start restart the atmosphere within this organization. Getting rid of Ham will help but keeping Pelinka around will continue to set the franchise back even if and whenever AD and Bron are gone.
The Buss family needs to move into a new direction.
