Who's better? Outkast or bone thugs n harmony

Outkast. BONE's best stuff can't compete with Kast's first four LPs. Not in the quality at the top end or the sheer amount of good material.

Bone was real hot for a while... but that double LP was the tipping point for them. They went from pushing 6 million of E 1999 to 4 million of a double. Not a good look.

You can probably blame it on the fact that "Look Into My Eyes" was also on the soundtrack for Batman and Robin....

Even the biggest BONE fans I knew weren't really checking for them much after that, but credit to them for sticking around as long as they have.

Also, if OutKast fans are a bunch of weirdos, hipsters and white people then Bone fans are a bunch of corny, dirty, reggie smoking, greasy faced, malt liquor sipping, wiggers who think they're hard because they did a B&E once and went to county for 3 months.
