I think HOE was better just because the 7DT was incomplete, Pac died before he could even see the final product. HOE also has slightly better production.

I listened to both Hell on Earth and Makaveli 7DT alot.

Makaveli is a great rap album.

Hell on Earth is a legendary composition of music that can eclipse anything in hip Hop culture.

There really is no comparison to it.

ehh. lets call a spade with some of these albums.

as great as it is, the infamous is NOT highly-regarded as a top 5 album. its only regarded as top 5 amongst early-mid '90s east coast enthusiasts.

infamous/7 day theory is arguable. but i got 7 day theory.
"hell on earth" is not even in the equation. like its prolly not even in my top 50.
