The Talons that almost killed Batman twice weren't anything but some glorified Hand Ninjas and it took Batman in his steampunk Bat-Armor to finish 15 of them and the Talons managed to completely take out his Armor in the process. Tony would destroy Batman comparing Armors

How bout the time Superman opened Batman's rib cage up and it took all of the JLA's resources to put him back together. Batman only gets on Superman due to MASSIVE prep-time advantage and jumping Superman when Clark only wants to talk. If Superman wanted to, he could just sit in space and Heat Vision him from the Sun. And YES, Superman has done this type of them numerous times.
