Clyde was the much better scorer, had a slight advantage as a passer and offensive rebounder, but Pippen was no slouch in those areas and was obviously the much better defender. Its a tossup. Depends on what I'm looking for. :manny:
I agree with you except for the passer part. Ball handling, passing and defense is where Pippen has the edge. Where drexler struggled at times is his court vision in the halfcourt setting. Dude used to dribble with his heaad and eyes down on the ball unless he was in the open court.

But you're right about the offensive boards tho. Clyde would always find a way to sneak in and do damage on the offensive board.

Pipppen's defensive skills were among the best so I would have to take him.

Drexler, and i'm a bulls fan. Clyde is one of the most underrated players of all times. He had to face 2 top 10 teams of all time in the finals in the 90 pistons and 92 bulls

Stats during regular season... through the roof.
Playoffs - Pippin wasn't the leader that Jordan was. He was a selfish baby.

The hell that have to do with a comparison to Clyde Drexler? Was Drexler the leader Jordan was?

Did you watch Clyde? Clyde was tough bruh.
Yeah he was great..Im not trying to down play his talent he was a 1st ballot hall of famer..

But Pippen was a transcendent talent.. He is the best perimeter defender that I've ever seen..If you compare them to baseball players Pippen was a 5 tool talent...

The reason I asked if people really watched him play is because I'm 34 and I was too young to really catch his prime..I guess I didn't realize there were so many older heads on the board...

pippen hands down

clyde couldnt dribble left worth shyt and nikka couldnt use his left hand for even a fukking layup
Pippen couldn't create off the dribble.

Greatest defender I ever saw though. Father of the "take the charge" we all take for granted now that everybody does.
