All past and present students and residents of both schools area present (i.e. Erik Lehnsherr for Xaiver , Tom Riddle for Hogwarts) and and only one school can be left standing. No prior knowledge of each other and no prep.

Edit: in the interest of making this closer all characters from both movie franchises are thrown into the fray. (Villians ect.)
