So when westbrook kobe melo and those guys go 11-30 and have 30 points its ok :dwillhuh: and they intentionally let him get 26 and 10 a rookie :beli: but you got it breh I'm pretty sure that pop is like guys let the rookie post up parker or drive on manu. The point is that the kid has a bright future and is showing it on the most crucial stage against a pretty good team.
tell me when has Kobe, Melo, or even Russy have a game like that against players who are 4 inches and 25 lbs shorter than them? And most of his misses came from post ups too.

There is nothing about his game right now that says we watching a future superstar

He's averaging 16 and 6 in the playoffs fam. You do realize he played Denver in the playoffs too right? As a rookie he has a shoots 36% from the 3. He's only going to get better. He now has a pull up jumper off the dribble that he didn't have at the start of the season. If Paul George is a stud HB will be 1 too.
breh, I havent said a bad word about Barnes in this thread. All I said is he hasnt shown superstar anything.

Did Paul George show superstar potential as a rookie?

Barnes is just the latest in a line of athletic SF's the warriors draft and then lose to free agency. CHris Porter, Azabuike, Michael Pietrus...

HOpefully he'll have a better career than those guys.

I'm sure they all had games like that as rookies. I'm not comparing Barnes to those guys though, he's not on that level. But players do have games like that all the time.

Barnes has always been inconsistant, he'll score 15-20 one half and then have 5 points in the 2nd half or vice versa. He can't take his game to the next level without a decent handle, but thats all thats holding him back. Maybe he hasn't showed superstar potential yet but he's been very solid all playoffs against higher seeds, which is very impressive.

Come on fam, the Warriors never drafted a small forward in the top 10 since Mullin. Barnes was a projected top 4 pick. Can't compare him to those dudes.

Do you think Barnes will be as good as Paul George is now by his 3rd season?
its a strange comparison breh. I dont know why you use those two

not once have I said otherwise.

I only re-entered this thread because dude said Barnes had shown superstar potential.

Dude can score in a lot of ways. Cats talking like all his points came from posting up Parker.

He's just gotta be more efficient, he was off bad on some wide open looks. Still, it's great to see him stepping up in the playoffs instead of disappearing.
He's a rookie. Very few rookie wings are consistently consistent. He's only getting better but u can see that all the tools are there.

I REALLY HATE THIS fukkING THREAD!!!!

why u may ask... my retarded GM traded our lottery pick which would have been the overall 6 pick -which would have resulted into us drafting 'harrison barnes'

for 'gerald BUM ASS wallace'
