to be fair Mission Impossible 2 was the safer choice, and superhero movies were still considered a risk

As good as Danny Aiello was in that role

One of the more fukked up ones, Ashley Judd was supposed to play Arwen in the LotR trilogy but Weinstein had been badmouthing her to producers because she wouldn't fukk him. When you think about it, she made way more sense because she was more mature than Liv Tyler.

Al Pacino was in Insomnia, which was a Christopher Nolan movie. I guess you meant he wanted to re-cast Pacino in a future movie?
