If you really think about it, Common has never quite fit in during any era of hiphop. Even when rappity rap had a little run he was kinda there but never really poppin like that.

Then when the soft nikkas started makin noise he put on some crochet pants and was still ignored for the most part. He BEEN aggy but he should be happy with the fact that real heads respect him and so do his peers.
