wow, memories.
Is this the one where you could only use your powers until the bar was empty? If so I hated that game for that reason alone. I was happy as shyt to get it but was disappointed when I found that out.

Probably where metal gear solid got their use the second controller port thing against psycho mantisI remember to get past the final level you had to “reset the computer”.You had to actually hit reset on the sega genesis. Who the fukk knew that back then. Also, t sequel, X-men clone wars, shytted on it. I think I’m that one your powers didn’t run out.
