And shyt like Donald Glover is a clear cut candidate for the Hendrix of this generation when he’s only ever put out musical mediocrity.

Jimi Hendrix literally created a genre of music, Heavy Metal, the term was coined after a writer earned him play guitar and said it sounded like heavy metal raining from the sky

There is no artist that has created an entire new genre or sound combined with the star power and mystique of jimi hendrix, those days are over

music is just rehash of old shyt at this point, hip hop was the last genre of music created and there has been nothing new since other than b*stard versions of hip hop beats made in electronic music
