Who is the all-time WORST fictional Father figure?

Wait... How was Walt the worst father of all time? He got into the drug game to make money for his fam so they could live comfortably after he was gone. A lot of his actions were try to make his st-st-stuttering ass son happy and keep his fam safe. A lot of his actions backfired on him and inevitably caused more danger, and he lost himself to power along the way, but even his last demand was to risk his safety and getting away to make sure his son had a trust fund and was taken care of regardless of how much his son hated him after everything was said and done.
Walt even became sort of a father figure to Jesse along the way, even tho they could never communicate how much they cared for each other.

Gotta agree with the people that said Ging from Hunter X Hunter.
Not only did he never bother to meet his son (who at this point just wants to meet him), he actually goes out of his way to avoid him. Like, he actually gets the hell outta dodge if his son is in the building. One character even punches him in the face for being such a crappy dad, and after he did it the entire room gave that character a round of applause.
But Firelord Ozai gotta be up there too, especially if you read The Search and peep WHY he treated Zuko like shyt.

Basically, Zuko's mom (Ursa) hated Ozai, but had their marriage was arranged so she had no choice but to marry him. One day, just to make Ozai made, Ursa wrote a letter (which she knew Ozai would intercept) saying Zuko wasn't his son (basically that she's been cheating with someone). Even though he knew she was lying, Ozai confronted her and she admitted that she wished Zuko wasn't his son. At this point, Ozai tells her that, if that's what she wants, then he'll start treating Zuko like he isn't his son.

Sasuke Uchiha came thru and crushed the buildings over the last few months.
-His daughter is around 13, and yet he's never bothered to meet her despite supposedly still being married to her mother
-He also has a cellphone (yes, this is flat out stated), but has never called to talk to her. Though he's apparently in contact with Naruto. His excuse is "I'm on a mission and there's usually no place to charge my cellphone where I'm at"
-One day he's back in the vicinity of the village (mind you, he had no intention of actually visiting his wife or daughter) and his daughter has to literally sneak out and follow Naruto (who he was actually going to meet with) in order to meet him.
-His daughter is so anxious to meet her dad that she unlocks her Sharingan
-She finally happens to run into him, while Naruto is away. Guess what happens? He doesn't recognize her, asks her who the hell she is, pulls out his sword and threatens to murk her (because he ran into an enemy with a Sharingan). He doesn't realize it's his daughter until she yells out "Papa!".
-After that, she asks him where he's been all her life and his response is basically "Don't worry about it, it doesn't concern you" and he basically ignores her after that.
-Oh, and next issue his daughter gets a DNA test and finds out that her mom isn't who she thinks it is...

How is sasuke a bad parent. In a world where uchiha eyes are collected like bottletops, he made sure his daughter was our the game. He shacked her up with his most through groupie for safe keeping. Staying out her life was the best thing he's done for her, besides saving her life after Naruto puts her in danger.
