He's as much of a rapper as he is a singer, a producer, writer. I can see your point but Skateboard P is more a modern day mix of guys like Prince, Stevie and MJ to an extent. He isn't strictly Hip Hop in a rapper and writer kinda sense if you catch my drift? I'm guessing from the question OP probably meant someone who could work the boards, DJ, maybe b boy and rap their asses off.
