I don't see how Steph is elite. He guards the pick and roll well, but he's usually guarding the bum of the team unless he's switching. And he gets blown past by the really quick and or athletic guards all the time just like everyone else. I'd say he is about as good as Redikk.

not even close...its the only reason he in the league. He is having the worst 3pt shooting in NBA history. He is bad on offense

Best this season, I'd probably go with Smart. Celtics give up the least amount of points at the PG position, and it's mostly down to him and Bradley.

Rubio is...

Kyle Lowry and Marcus Smart are good choices.

Steph looks a lot better because he's on Golden State. He has great instincts and a nose for the ball sometimes Klay guards opposing PG's. Steph isn't a bad defender regardless just not the best. Rubio is a great ball thief and monster help defender.
